Worsted Weight Merino Wool and Baby Alpaca Blend - Cardinal

Cardinal is a beautiful mix of red and black that represents the colorful feathers of the cardinal bird. 
 
There are 191 yards / 175 meters, 3.5 oz/ 100 grams of worsted weight 80% Fine Superwash Merino Wool, and 20% Baby Alpaca in each skein. The 2-ply construction of this yarn means it is soft but durable and holds up to washing and wearing. Our yarn bases are spun from certified mulesing-free wool. 

I do my best to accurately display the colors used in my yarn. However, the colors may vary slightly from one computer screen to another, depending on the settings.

Care Instructions:
Although all yarns are washed and rinsed after dyeing to remove any excess dyes, I still recommend washing your finished product separately the first time you wash it. Although this is superwash wool, which can be machine washed, it should not be put through the dryer; reshape your garment and lay it flat to dry. Although handwashing is not required, it is recommended to extend your garment's life.
